Compatible cable: XLPE/PVC three core cable (cross-section 25-400mm ²), voltage level 10kV, in compliance with GB11033 and IEC 60502-4 standards.
Core Technology:
Stress control: Nonlinear conductive layer design, axial field strength gradient ≤ 1.2kV/mm (COMSOL simulation number # FEA2024-10kV);
Waterproof sealing: IP68 protection (tested under 0.1MPa water pressure for 48 hours), self melting adhesive layer forms a radial pressure of ≥ 0.25MPa;
Insulation strengthening: dielectric strength ≥ 28kV/mm (ASTM D149), temperature resistance -55 ℃~105 ℃.
Performance verification:
Mechanical strength: axial tensile strength ≥ 180N (IEC 61479), withstand 5-200Hz vibration (EN 61373);
Environmental tolerance: Tested by 10% salt spray for 2000 hours (ASTM B117), resistant to UV aging for 2000 hours (shrinkage rate maintained ≥ 95%).
Industry applications:
Photovoltaic power station: HSY-10-3.3 type is used for the collection line of a 20MW power station, with zero faults for 3 years;
Subway tunnel: The anti vibration model has passed the EN 45545-2 fire certification (smoke density<20%) and is suitable for humid environments.
