A single core intermediate joint heat shrink solution designed specifically for 35kV cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables, using radiation cross-linked polyolefin materials to ensure stable dielectric strength (≥ 30kV/mm) in extreme environments ranging from -40 ℃ to+105 ℃. The inner diameter range is adjustable from 50-400mm, compatible with mainstream cable specifications at home and abroad (such as YJV, YJLV series). Anti UV and chemical corrosion design, passed 1000 hour salt spray test, with a lifespan of ≥ 20 years, low-temperature (120 ℃) heat shrink process, and installation time reduced by 60% compared to traditional solutions.
