ZW32-12GG dual power automatic switching device consisting of a single high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker and a double-side isolating switch. It is used in a dual-power supply system with AC 50 Hz, rated voltage of 12kV, and rated current up to 1250A. When one power supply fails or undervoltage occurs, the electric isolation automatically switches to another normal power supply to reliably ensure the continuity of power supply. At the same time, it has short-circuit and over-current protection interlocking functions, which effectively avoids unnecessary power- resupply shock when the load fails. When the main power supply fails, the electric isolation switching device can complete the automatic switching with the backup power supply to ensure reliability and safety. It can also select and switch between the two power supplies according to the needs of the load. It is especially suitable for important places where power outages are not allowed. As an important electrical control device to ensure continuous power supply, it is an electric dual-power switching device that is matched with a high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker. It is a newly designed, dual-power electric automatic switching product with perfect performance, safety and reliability, high degree of automation, and a wide range of applications.
The products are widely used in 10kV distribution lines in oil fields and mines, and 10kV lines in industrial and mining enterprises.
Normal use environment
◆The upper limit of the ambient air temperature does not exceed +40°C, the lower limit does not exceed -25°C, and the average temperature value for 24 hours does not exceed +35°C.
◆The installation site is suitable for an altitude of up to 3800m.
◆The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C, and higher humidity can be achieved at lower temperatures; when the average minimum temperature of the wettest month is -25°C, the average maximum relative humidity is 90%, and condensation on the surface of the product due to humidity changes is taken into account.
◆The pollution level is level three.
◆There is no strong vibration and impact at the operating site, no harmful gases that corrode metals and damage insulation, no severe dust, no conductive particles and explosive hazardous substances at operating site.
