The ZN85-40.5 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for use in three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV power systems, and can be used for load current, overload current, and fault current in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations. The circuit breaker and operating mechanism are arranged vertically, effectively reducing the depth of the circuit breaker.
The three-phase arc extinguishing chamber and associated charged body are isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulation cylinders, forming a composite insulation structure. The circuit breaker meets the requirements of air distance and creepage distance under normal operating conditions, and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker. The main electrical circuit vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and the dynamic and static conductive connection are installed inside the insulation cylinder, with a phase spacing of only 300mm. The main circuit electrical connections are all fixed connections, which have high reliability. The insulation cylinder is installed above the circuit breaker frame.
The spring operated mechanism specially designed for this type of circuit breaker is installed inside the circuit breaker frame, and its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower layout of the circuit breaker, and it has become an integral part of the overall structure of the circuit breaker. The mechanism design is simple, and the output curve and its performance are more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kV Vacuum Circuit Breakers.

Normal operating environment
Surrounding air temperature: not exceeding 40 ° C; The daily average temperature does not exceed 35 ° C; The lower ambient air temperature is -15 ° C.
Relative humidity of the air: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%; The daily average value of water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2kPa; The monthly average value is not greater than 1.8kPa;
Altitude: not exceeding 1000m;
There is no obvious pollution from dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gases, steam or salt spray around;
Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored;
The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6kV.
The installation location should be at an altitude exceeding 1000m, where the ambient air temperature exceeds the limit specified for normal use, or where high humidity is prone to condensation. Please consult with us for customization.
